We assure you that everything you buy at Upaya will be 100% genuine and brand new. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, customers may exchange the item in the same unused condition with its original packaging and tags intact. Please make sure to send the bills/invoices provided along with the products.

  • Delivery charges vary depending on the value of the shopping cart and on your location.
  • We offer free delivery on orders below or equal to Rs 999.

We have a simple and easy return policy. Follow these steps:

  • Contact us to submit your return request.
  • Please ensure that the return request is initiated within 10 days of receipt of the product.
  • Our customer support will confirm your return request and will provide you details about the proper return process within 1-2 working day.
  • Replacement of the products will depend on the availability of the stock. In case the product is out of stock, we will initiate a refund of the same amount.
  • There is no extra charge for returns or replacements or pickups.
  • In case of refund, the total valid amount will be transferred to your account.
  • The time taken for refund of the amount will depend on our payment partners.
  • Custom products cannot be replaced or returned.

You can cancel your order by either

  • You can cancel your order any time before the product has been shipped. Simply write to us at care@upaya.co.in
  • An order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped out.
  • Once we receive a return or replacement request from your side, we will arrange for our delivery partner to pickup the product from your address.
  • While we offer reverse pick up for most locations, there are certain areas where a pickup cannot be arranged. In such a case, you can ship the products through any courier service, and we will reimbursee the shipping charges against the original receipt or invoice.
  • Products will be picked up from the same delivery location and should be unused, along with original packaging, receipt, invoice, or bill.
  • Pack the products safely to avoid any damage in transit.

A replacement product will be shipped out to you as soon as we receive the products from you. This may take up to 4- 10 working days.

After confirmation from you, we will intimate our payment partner to initiate refund process. We will keep you informed of this activity.
