Shipping, Returns & Cancellations
We assure you that all products sold on upaya.co.in are new and 100% genuine. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have bought from us is not received in good condition i.e. is damaged or defective, customers may exchange the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as he/she purchased it, in its original packaging along with original tags. It would also be necessary to provide all financial transaction details, along with bills/invoices provided.

- If you have received an item is damaged or defective in condition
you may request a replacement at no extra cost.
- If you are not satisfied with our product owing to quality, fit, colour or design-related issues, or because it is ‘not as described on the website
you may request a replacement, exchange or refund by raising a request on our website. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable and any additional shipping charges will be borne by you.
We are unable to accept returns or exchange of the following items received in good condition:
- Bath and beauty products
- Bulky items (eg. furniture/statues/paintings)
- Custom-made products
Procedure for returns, exchange and replacement
- All returns need to be registered with us within 7 days of receipt of the product. Return requests raised after 7 days of delivery may not be entertained by UPAYa.
- To raise a request, follow these simple steps:
- Go to the “My Account” link at the top right-hand corner of the site or Click here to sign in
- Click on My Orders → Select the shipment you want to return → Select the reason for return → Select refund mode → Add bank details → Submit.
- A simple Exchange Option is available for all of our products through UPAYa Wallet. To exchange or replace an item, opt for a ‘Wallet refund by selecting the option during the selection of refund mode.
- Replacement is subject to the availability of stock. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked. You may, however, look at the existing stock and order a replacement from the same, subject to the same or lower price.
- Once you have raised a request, the items will be picked up by our authorised courier partner within 7 to 10 working days of raising the request.
- While handing over the item, please ensure that they are returned in the original condition they were received in, along with bills, labels, tags and their original packaging intact. Used items or items without bills and tags will not be accepted.
- Delivery charges for returns are usually deducted from the refund amount. However, in the case of damaged or defective products, or any other error on our part, we provide an effortless reverse pickup facility to almost all major cities free of cost. In cases where pin codes are not serviceable by our courier partner where we request you to ship the product back to us, and you will be compensated in full for courier charges.
- Upon successful pick up of your product, we will process the refund to your bank account within 24 hours. Following this, please note that your bank may take up to 3-5 working days to credit the refund to your account.
- In case of exchange or replacement, the estimated time of delivery is 7 working days for domestic orders and 21 working days for international orders.
- We email you the tracking number after we dispatch your order. You can also see the tracking number in your order history panel in your account when you login.
- If you face any difficulties while raising a return request, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our customer experience team will help you to resolve your query at the earliest.
- Incorrect details will result in your request being declined. Hence we request you to submit accurate details on the UPAYa App or Website to avoid disappointment.
- Please do not share bank details over email/call for security reasons.
- If an order is placed through prepaid mode via. Credit or Debit Card, no need to share the bank details as a refund will be credited to the respective Credit Card or bank account.
All the orders dispatched are in accordance with the customer requirements. Hence it becomes challenging for us to cancel them. However, we still provide the option for you to cancel your order, provided it has not yet been shipped.

- Request for cancellation of a confirmed order should be made within 12 hours of placing the order.
- In case some of the products ordered are not in stock, we make a full refund for those Products, and the same is credited to your account within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that we cannot process cancellations after your order is shipped.
We try to process all deliveries through reputed courier companies like Bluedart, Aramex, AFL, DTDC, DHL, FedEx, etc. In some cases where the pin code/zipcode is not serviceable by any of these courier companies, we use Indian Speed Post for those deliveries. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.

UPAYa.co.in is not responsible for any octroi payments. Nagpur , Sangli , Dombivli , Nasik , Mumbai , Pimpri & Chinchwad , Kothrud (Pune), Ahmednagar , Pune, Akola are Octroiable cities. Any applicable octroi will be payable by the customer. Please pay Octroi to the courier company if requested by them in these cities.
Customs Duty & other international taxes etc.
These will have to be borne by the customer according to the laws of the land, whenever applicable.
